including the sophisticated Automarker software which gives the absolute best yield,

We also do virtual sample making with 3D garment simulation to visualize your garments.

Do you need graded cardboard patterns made?

Our grading rates are amongst the cheapest Australia wide, and we can get them done much quicker than traditional manual methods with the cardboard plotter and cutting machine. All the patterns are digitized into the computer in case you may need a marker made in the future, or extra sizes made up.

​

The CAD software we use is StyleCAD.

Our patterns are created on the stylecad system, then plotted in traditional cardboard

or plotted on paper or emailed as a digital file, whichever you prefer.

When your ready for grading, this is done on the stylecad system, then can be made

 into a marker and plotted out ready for the cutter to cut out for production, 

 or the file can be sent via email to your cutting service or factory. 

For customers who prefer to have cardboard patterns because of small production runs or one-offs,

they can have their pattern files sent to the card cutter and converted into cardboard patterns.

We can also digitize patterns and convert to a file ready for graphic work for digital printing or sublimation, and can also convert pattern files into many different CAD software programs, including Gerber zip file, Illustrator AI, Coreldraw, Lectra, Autocad DXF, PDF, PLT, marker and cut files etc.....
